Join the Society for the Law of the Eastern Churches
We invite experts in the field of Eastern Church law and of Civil legal systems with regard to the Eastern Churches to become ordinary members of the Society. Persons interested in the above mentioned subjects may become associate members. Prospective members and their reception into the respective categories mentioned below is granted on the recommendation of the the Executive Board. Please do not pay the membership dues until you have received confirmation that you have been accepted as a member of the Society.

Ordinary Membership Application Form
Candidates for ordinary membership are to be “Experts in the law of the Eastern Churches and of the civil law of churches with regard to the Eastern Churches from all nationalities and religious denominations may become ordinary members of the Society” as per Article 6 of the Society’s bylaws.
Associate Membership Application Form
Candidates for associate membership can be “Anyone who is interested in the above-mentioned subjects (the law and civil law of the Eastern Churches) may become an associate member even if he does not possess academic qualifications” as per Article 6 of the Society’s bylaws.
Pay Dues or Donate
For members of the Society for the Law of Eastern Churches who would like to make a payment to remain current on their dues, please click on the "donate" button below. Dues are 20 euros per year. We also greatly appreciate donations from those who are not members, but would like to support the Society's endeavors.
